“The folks at this Wells Fargo have always been very helpful to me in modifying my accounts (creating/closing/etc), and moving money around. I subtracted 1 (one) star because they do not have a dedicated mortgage specialist at the Kaysville location and the numbers I was provided and left voice messages with did not call me back. Also, it is a bit weird that when you have a question they want you to schedule an appointment, come in, and talk in person with a banker when you just wanted your question answered on the phone. However, they are really good a following up and calling you if you did not make it in to see them. A complaint about Wells Fargo, not this branch, is that their Credit Card division is separate from their regular banking. So if you walk into a branch location for a credit card question or issue, the best the bankers there can do is call the exact same phone number you would have called at home and go through the same process you would have gone though. But it is nice that they are still willing to help regardless and represent you.”

“My Father and I just had a VERY positive experience with Daniel Grimm at the Kaysville Branch of Wells Fargo. We needed to upgrade an existing account due to some fees that we were getting. I had spoken with Customer Service many times and tried to resolve my issues with the Layton Wells Fargo and both experiences ended in frustration. Today Daniel Grimm at the Kaysville Wells Fargo took care of the problem easily, was very polite, refunded all the fees, and said if we had any other concerns to call him directly. I was geared up for a long drawn out complicated unsatisfactory experiences, but was pleasantly surprised that it was quick, easy and exactly what we were hoping for in terms of end result. Thank you Thank you Daniel Grimm!”
