“I was super excited when BofA finally came to Utah because I've been using them for 25 years. The Manager has greeted me with sincere politeness every time I have gone into the bank and immediately notified whoever I had an appointment with that I was there. It has been an A+ experience so far and I definitely plan to continue coming here. I will say, this is more of a go online and make an appointment location. So far, the longest I have waited to be helped was 3 minutes, but I did have an appointment. To anyone that reads this, before just walking in, I highly advise you go online and book an appointment if you need to do anything that will require time...like setting up a new account. I don't remember everyone's name I interacted with, but I would definitely like to give a shout out to Lucy for all the help getting my accounts set up and answering all my questions, and to Shay and the rest of her team for assisting me with my deposits and transfers!”
“I've been using key bank since I was a teenager in high school. That was back in the 90's. I have been very happy with their service and when I call the location for help, it is fixed as best as possible from there end since there are no locations where I am at now. I use their app to deposit checks and have had little to no problems with it. I wouldn't have stayed with key bank this long if I had any serious issues. Each time I talk to someone whether it is at a branch or a customer service line, they all have been pleasant and accommodating.”

“We have banked with AFCU for 35 yrs and we always loved them. Lately they seem to have forgotten there members are the one who helped build them. After how we were treated this week with a auto purchase after our vehicle was totalled out we will be closing all our accounts and so will other family members. They don't even try to treat members with respect! We miss the Credit Union they were in the past!Update: AFCU Has apologized and corrected the situation that prompted this review. With this I corrected our rating and are very pleased to get our old relationship back with AFCU.”
