I had a fantastic experience with Caliber Collision! They did an excellent job repairing my truck – it looks brand new. The whole process was smooth, and what really stood out was their customer service and communication. They kept me updated every step of the way. Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with the results. Highly recommend!

Don’t go here unless you want to be overcharged. They lie about parts price, make sure you look up exactly how much things are before you go anywhere, people love to upcharge you.

This place has the BEST customer service! The manager went above and beyond to help us. They replaced our windshield and immediately after we got a rock chip. He came out to our house and fixed it as a courtesy. He is very nice and friendly. Definitely recommend this shop!

I can’t say enough great things about the team at Caliber Collision in Kaysville. From the start, James was the first person I spoke with, and he set me up with everything I needed to get the process going smoothly. From there, Tauni and Brent have been absolutely outstanding.
Tauni went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of every step of the way, always professional, caring, and willing to go the extra mile. Brent, the specialist working on my Ford F-150, has been incredible—thorough, knowledgeable, and continues to support me with my driver door issue, making sure everything is done right.
It’s rare to find a team so dedicated to both quality work and genuine customer care. Thank you, Tauni, Brent, and James, for making what could have been a stressful experience into one that left me confident and grateful. Highly recommend this location!

My family and friends recommend me to Caliber Collision to repair my drivers and rear drivers passenger door on Toyota RAV4 due to a sideswipe by another vehicle. Caliber Collision in Kaysville did such an amazing job on restoring my vehicle with all OEM products, including the tint, and putting back on the rain guards. And even got my vehicle repaired 5 days before the actual pickup date! My RAV looked exactly what it looked before the accident, all new! James helped me so much in getting me a body bid and kept me updated throughout the entire process of repair! I would highly recommend going to Caliber Collision for body repair work, they definitely know how to “Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life” is. Thank you Caliber!

Wonderful auto repair shop. Great communication and my car was finshed earlier than the due date! Also, I have never had a car returned to me so much cleaner than when it was dropped off. Highly recommend this place

The repairs were perfect. My car looks new again! Kaysville Caliber Collision was easy to work with. They worked with my schedule, my insurance, rental car company, and had the repairs done when they said they would. Great communication and updates. Very professional!
