This location unfortunately has gone so down hill, typically eat there once to twice a week and it seems like every time there is something else wrong. Constantly putting next to no protein in the salads or burritos and today I ordered a salad and the rice was not cooked, one bite in it was like eating sand. Super disappointed in their quality control.

Costa Vida has followed the suit of many restaurants where the servings are small and price is high. I ordered a small salad and watched as the employee places the three small scoops of meat on the top. He spread it out and it didn’t even cover the bottom of the tortilla. Quality has definitely suffered over time.

Ordered via the app and was surprised to see a charge on my credit card for more than the cost of my order. The app automatically adds a tip...for an order I placed myself and picked up myself. Exactly what would I possibly be tipping for? I feel like I have been the victim of theft.

Tried ordering online and their system wouldn’t work. Ordered finally and then the order was canceled. Then we drove there and went through the drive through. Which took 10 minutes at the screen just to take our order. Ordered three different items. Asked for sour cream and guacamole. Didn’t get it. Ordered a sweet pork burrito. I got a burrito with rice and beans but no meat. Ordered two salads with extra ranch. Didn’t get the extra ranch. The raspberry chipotle salad had no sauce on it and our queso cup wasn’t even half full. Of course we went through the drive through and didn’t catch any of this until we got home. Best part, we paid for all of the extras we asked for. I get mistakes happen but this isn’t the first time. Super disappointed in this trip and probably done with them.
