Bought the H&R Block tax software and was unable to file online due to their incompetence. I called the office to see what my options were for having them file my taxes, since so far I'm $80+ into this mess, and the only option they gave me was "Why don't you just mail them in, but make sure you get it done today". When I asked what my options were for a refund for their failed services I was told to take it up with the software people. Terrible company, terrible customer service.
