My mom has been using Lincare for over 5 years. They always deliver her tanks after I call in the order. They always arrive about the same time each day, so it's nice to know when they'll be coming.

I am extremely happy with everyone at Lincare. I had to use a different company for a while because of insurance and I was very happy to get Lincare back.

Selected 1 star because I could not select 0.Prescribed walker after stroke recovery. Was promised walker delivery within a hour, everyday for 4 days. No delivery. Called at least 5 times. Day 5, I was contacted for delivery and was informed my copay was double what I could buy a walker from at Walgreens. I refused delivery. Lincare would have gouged my insurance thousands more than cost. This company is exactly why our insurance premiums are so high. Look elsewhere!

The staff at this center has always been very great to work with. They have always been able to answer my questions and take care of my issues any time I have had to deal with them. I would recommend this company to take care of your or your loved ones medical needs.

The lack of professionalism and customer service at it worst. There are plenty of other company's that provide oxygen!! You do not have to be treated with the lack of respect, like a subclass individual.Stay clear!!!! (I wish I did not have to give the a single star. The deserve worse)

The single worst company I have ever dealt with. My Mother has been home from Skilled Nursing Facility for over 4 months now, and we are STILL waiting on Lincare to appropriately care for her. She has lost every gain she made with homecare while waiting on their incompetence. They finally bring a portable oxygen concentrator, and it's the wrong device. They they bring another, and it is broken. Weeks pass, and they haven't resolved the issue of the broken concentrator with the manufacturer.Lincare is literally the most incompetent company I've run into, and I'd give them zero stars if I could.

Worst customer experience I've ever had.**Update** even after returning the equipment they have continued to bill me. The local store sees and has record that it's been returned and are not sure why I'm continuing to be billed. DO NOT WORK with this company even if your doctor recommends them.

I rarely log in to Google, but I did just to compliment these guys! Thank goodness for Brittin. Honestly I've been ripping my hair out with all these other DME company referrals and communication lacking. I was sad when Tom left cause he was amazing, but Brittin has been so on top of things so all is well! Thanks guys for making patient care easier for both us (the physicians) and the patients themselves. We love you!
