“I’ve been to multiple FedEx locations and this one, like the others, is top notch! I called before going in and Noah was very knowledgeable of the different options they could provide for me. When I went in Noah instantly got everything that we had talked about on the phone ready. Very quick and easy process! The posters I printed are high quality and have been used as gifts. I went in again months later and Noah again went above and beyond recognizing me, setting me up with the same materials I had used the previous time and even had to chase me out into the parking lot to return my flash drive I’d accidentally left! “Amazon returns here are pain-free. The girls here were extremely pleasant and printed my Amazon return label for my box after sending it electronically to their store email. They provide some tape and you can even pay for a box if you don't have one. Hats off to those girls running the phones and desks.”
“I don't know who I was just on the phone with. But I don't appreciate her attitude towards such a simple question. Like, yall are never busy, and she sounded like she couldn't wait to get off the phone with me to go back to her own phone or something. Super rushed and then a whole other lady gets on the phone because I guess my question was to complicated for the first lady.... ? and then this girl has an attitude and hangs up the phone, doesn't say "bye" "have a good day" nothing!! Just tells me in a rude tone that I " must bring in my own sticker paper" and hangs up on me... I did truly like this place but the people yall have behind the counters have such poor attitude and just poor etiquette. Hire new people!! YALL WILL GO UNDER IF YOUR EMPLOYEES DONT CHANGE BEHAVIOR OR JUST CHANGE.”

“Had a bit of a misunderstanding in how returns worked-- i was told by Verizon how to do what was needed to be done and I was trying to follow that so I didn't get charged by Verizon”
