When I go into the post office, personnel are great, friendly and efficient. The mail deliveries are not so hot! We get what seems to be substitute employees on our route and they have issues, they feel like if I don't have anything to drop off I don't need to pick it up!
We are a Business and they do need to drop off and pick up on a daily base.

The employees I have worked with at the main desk have been incredible! I have had some trouble with customs forms in sending international packages, and they are always so accommodating to me. They have helped me figure out what I can do differently, and they’ve been patient with me. They want to help me send off my packages as badly as I want to send them! My postal delivery gal has also been awesome! I can’t rave enough about the Kaysville branch! Thank you all!

They ruined my daughter's wedding invitations.
We mailed my daughter's wedding invitations which had a sticker on the back. They were gold and beautiful.
2 weeks later they were bundled in a clump with elastic bands and jammed in my mailbox saying they needed more postage due to the sticker.
It is well under weight and it did not add bulk.
Also, why did it take 2 weeks to get them back to me?? The guests will be getting their invites much later and may not be able to make arrangements to attend.
I am not even sure I have them all.
It is now a Saturday when I got them and of course they are closed and do not open until well after most of us are at work.
USPS is the WORST!!!!!!!!!!

Very rude service from the woman up front when I just asked a simple question. I’ve worked in customer service before and I would never treat a customer so poorly.

I sell on Depop and Poshmark, so I’m constantly at this location to drop off things. The people at the desk are always friendly and quick to scan my QR code and get my labels printed. I’ve never had bad service here and I can’t believe the reviews are so bad! I think this place is great.

I'd leave a Zero star review if I could.. I never have had a good experience with this post office. Staff has always been rude. They close early (constantly) so be in queue 15-30 minutes ahead or they won't process you even when you're already in line, because they're going home on time regardless...Kaysville's Post Office is a shining example of setting a low bar, and still not hitting it, Embarrassing!

We had a too big of a box shoved in our mailbox 11/26/2022, we had to use scissors to get it out. If you are that lazy that you cannot deliver a bigger box to the porch you need to not deliver boxes bigger than a certain size, or find employees who aren't lazy. If this happens again we will be asking the USPS to pay to replace and install a new mailbox.

I've had to deal with this Post Office two times in the last 60 days...both times, from long distance.I have to tell you, in a time where we rarely hear anything good about the Post Office, the crew here are fabulous.The office staff is always friendly when I stop in up in to conduct business in person. But in a crunch is where they really shine!
