I've had Rxs filled here, and they take a while. I do like the drive up and hours. The staff is friendly but there are problems with their system and follow up. They sent me a text my provider had ordered an Rx and there was an issue but nothing else. I presumed they were out of stock and were getting it and would call me. Two days later I called them to check status and they indicated it was available over the counter, which was not communicated in the text. When I inquired as to why they wouldn't let a patient know this information they didn't have a response - just said the request goes somewhere unexplainable. It seems there is a simple solution to this. Why not just include that information in a text as they have the number? What kind of customer service is this?

Went to urgent care, and tested positive for flu b. The closest pharmacy was Walgreens so I went there. Showed up a few minutes before close and while having the urgent care on the phone, asked if they could fill a prescription so they could send it to them. They said NO because they were closing in a few minutes! They weren't closed, it was still a few minutes before 9. The complete lack of work ethic and consideration of people is at an alI time high and it shows perfectly here at this Walgreens pharmacy when they are not closed and not willing to help those who are needing prescriptions. Never will go here again.

The staff at this location are great! They are always happy to answer questions. Today we were having an insurance issue and Brooklyn was so helpful getting everything sorted. Thank you!

Love this place. Amazing people to talk with! Lovely Management and a good store! They always help me, curbside is quick and easy. Unfortunately, a lot of people don't get the online coupons. But, they are super easy and I love the deals and points!

I just had a Covid test done today. They told me that I could do it today even though there wasn’t a time slot available today. Then the tech I was talking to left and another one begrudgingly “helped” me but stated that my insurance card would not work. I told her that I would have to pay for it without insurance. She said there is one more thing they could do. I wasn’t charged and completed the test. However, now, almost three hours later, despite being told that it would only take one hour for results, I still have not received an email from Walgreens. Leading me to believe that the test was just a ruse to get me to leave. What a complete waste of time. Also, very deceitful, and immature. 0/10.

The store itself is good, also the photo department but I won't recommend nor return to the pharmacy department itself. Everytime I have gone there it's always something and definitely a lack of communication. They don't have a medication in stock and you won't know until you show up to try and pick it up, something wrong with the prescription itself or insurance/ provider issue and they won't notify you until you try to pick it up. I worked as a tech at a different pharmacy for 7 years and this is ridiculous, you call and notify your patients and try to help them resolve the issue.

I was disappointed in the wait at the main counter, the clerk spent more time chatting with a customer. But then a second clerk came up and checked out 2 people before the main clerk was finished with the chatty customer.

Walgreens pharmacy could never get my prescription right, despite my prescription being written as no substitutions they always had an off brand for me. It got to the point I would call 2 weeks ahead to daily asking if they'd ordered the right prescription, they'd lie and said they had it for me, I'd go to pick it up & it would be wrong. I'd tell them they filled it incorrectly and the tech would always argue that it's the same medication and that they didn't have the one I needed, the side effects from the different meds were far worse which is why I needed the correct medication filled. I ended up switching to CVS and while it's a farther drive it's 10000% worth it and I'll never be back to walgreens

I placed an online order and it was confirmed as ready. I didn't know 3 days was the limit to pick, but within 10 minutes of the email arriving in my inbox on the 3rd day, I called the store to have them not cancel my order, that I still wanted it (car was in shop). The call kept routing to the pharmacy, then they would transfer to the store part and no one would answer, it kicked back to the pharmacy and they tried again...this happened over and over, with no one answering in the store. I hung up and tried again after a few minutes. Eventually someone answered and I was told that I couldn't get the same price on my order even though it was cancelled minutes ago. I missed my order my a matter of minutes and it couldn't be honored. Bad policy. Stores that are easy to shop at, like Amazon and Walmart are massive by comparison, because they make it easy for customers. It's a small thing for other stores, but for walgreens it's "against policy". Goodbye Walgreens, I'll be shopping where it's not frustrating.

The store is always immaculate when walking inside--lots of chairs to sit at in the pharmacy area. The staff is amicable on the store part and quick to help. In the pharmacy area, the staff is very knowledgeable and excellent as well. It. The store also has EV charging hoping more businesses go this route. I recommend the store fix before you get in the door the transition when you take a walker across it jams our wheels.

We went to the Kaysville Utah Walgreens and I had some questions about passport photos and am totally not impressed the the store or the manager Jen. I was very kind and asked what they could do for me to get a digital copy of the photos we paid for since we found out we could renew our passports online. She honestly was not nice or helpful in any way. Basically told me I would have to pay the original cost plus pay for a USB to put them on. No discount or coupon or anything. I happen to look at their website and found a 3.00 off of passport photos. Very very poor service and not friendly at all very disappointed ?

Do yourself (or family member) a favor go somewhere else.... every time a prescription has been sent here by one my kids doctors its has had issues.
