I bought more than I thought I would as there pricing is fair. I found frozen foods that I can get in the Asian market in Boise. I will go back again to shop there and there employees are friendly and very helpful.”

“Everybody's experience is different. I have been going there for 10 plus years, never had a bad one. It's a nice, clean place to find deals, always worth a stroll.I personally like their candles and cooking oils, I have found nice brand names in clothing for cheap also.The other day, the customer line wrapped around the first line of shelves, yet with nearly every cashier register occupied, it took just a couple of minutes to check out.And yes, you will be asked for a TJ Maxx card. That's dictated by corporate and not the cashier's entertainment, so I just firmly say "Thank you - No!"This place is woth a visit, the experience fairly pleasant - and no, in general I do not like going to a store at all.”

“A Patricia Nash gift set (crossbody bag and wallet) were marked on the outside of the box one price, INSIDE the box, the bag itself was marked a higher price. Two cashiers and their manager checked and cross checked numbers, found they didn’t match, but adjusted the price and so of course I purchased it!!! Kudos to their customer service and still made the changes with a smile. I appreciate them!!! Way to go!???????????”

“New Sandy location that took over Barnes & Noble by the Sandy Target. Huge store with a great children’s shoe selection. Only took 1 star off because of a few unprofessional employees. Didn’t catch names but around 8:30pm on Nov 27, there were a few dark haired men in the changing room lobby area just throwing profanity at each other and these weren’t guests, they were 100% employees. I saw some employees walk over to try and break up the situation but super unprofessional and they need to be fired.I wasn’t the only guests that was walking around and heard it all. Basically 2-3 employees bashing and swearing at each other. Everyone else I encountered was great, just not those in the changing room.Anyways I will go back because of their selection of children shoes & everything! Glad to finally see it open!”

“I absolutely love HomeGoods. I love HomeGoods so much, I am a cardholder of their credit card. I don't have any other department store credit cards so I feel that this really does say something. Whenever I want something cute for my house, especially a seasonal item. HomeGoods is the first place I will go to. I go to all different HomeGoods in Utah and do think they vary a lot, especially between layout and selection. This HomeGoods is unlike any other HomeGoods I have been to however.Technically speaking, I was able to find what I needed and get checked out. I liked a lot of the stuff in the store but one thing just absolutely shook me to my core. I am not claustrophobic, but their layout is really confusing and compact. Things are way to close together and it is hard to have a pleasant shopping experience when you are having to squeeze through the aisles. It is also easy to get lost in this store--it is so compact that the bedding and bath and lighting and everything is just kind of fused together. The checkout seems oddly tucked away in a corner instead of being by the exit of the store like all other locations. I get that it is in a mall and I don't necessarily think it is anyone's fault--they needed to make do with the space that they had...but it is not very comfortable being in this specific home goods. Maybe I just came in at a bad time, but it was so kramed that a customer knocked something over and broke glass while I was in there. You have to tiptoe and squeeze around this location. As mentioned, they do still have a good selection of items and I was able to find what I needed so there was no issues there. It is in a convenient location, which is always a perk!”
