Donna and Azalea in furniture were both so delightful and helpful. I came in twice to pick out a new sofa and they made the experience smooth. They’re both rock stars.

It is strange how Macy's has went downhill. Everything looks good in the pricy sections, but the rest of the store looks like an old KMart. Dissaponting. I know what I like so will just use online shopping.

Returns are super easy, it's a great way to try things. And if it doesn't work out, the returns options are good. They have really good sales... I found some really good stuff on clearance.
