“I LOVE THIS PLACE! My fiance and I realized 20 minutes before close that we had a package that needed to be refrigerated so we really didn’t want it sitting overnight. My fiance called while I rushed over, and the lady stayed after close to help us out. It was so nice and so appreciated. Both women I’ve met at this location are so sweet and fun to talk to and v knowledgeable. I honestly didn’t even know that small postal businesses still existed but I’m really glad I know about Postal Hub bc I get to support them ??”

I live in Europe and my father lives in SLC, he is handicapped and can't go to the UPS store or call to print documents. So I did spoke with Nate on the phone and he helped me so much to have things done for my father. “PostNet went above and beyond in helping me. My mom passed away and I was digging through boxes looking for photos to display at her funeral. I was in a time crunch and needed her old photographs digitized to create high-quality digital copies.
When I called PostNet they were very accommodating and said they could do a quick turnaround.
When I went to the store Linda (owner) helped me. She was patient with me as I wasn't very organized. She scanned a couple while I was there to show me the quality. When I left she gave me her personal number in case I needed anything else. Who does that!?!
