I had an immediate need to swap a battery on warranty. The staff had closed and locked the doors tonight 5 minutes early completely ignoring us at the door. Didn't acknowledge me standing there knocking battery in hand, in desperate need of a replacement. Then they just decide to leave out the back of the store and drove off right past us, never saying a word. One employee did come back to tell us of the murray store hours which I informed them we knew and to go ahead and go. Back tracked, must have heard me and seen me waive the review bored at them. OK Google. Thats all.

These employees are something else lol they all seem to hate their job. I called and were very monotone. Then I came in and all they do is sigh, and you got another one coughing his lungs out.
These are the types of employees that make people not want to come in.

Worst customer service ever went in to check out a problem and the person who helped me was not helpful at all. He seems like he just didn’t wanna be there and didn’t wanna help me with any questions and feel like he gave me a wrong part because my car is not working this time anymore

It's not enough that you guys have almost everything needed for cars. No. CUSTOMER SERVICE is also important. When I come into a place where I am going to spend anywhere from $3 to $500 for auto parts, I, at LEAST want someone to smile and make me think I'm welcome here. It is obvious that the only woman working there that I could see, was not happy with her job. Why? Is it management? Is she in the wrong position to be dealing with the public? This store in Taylorsville needs a serious customer service training! That's includes everyone from the manager on down! Shame on the district manager to only worry about the bottom line!
