“They really know their BBQ! They made my journey into BBQing easy and approachable, from helping me pick the right smoker to one-on-one classes on prepping and smoking my meats. I picked up the knowledge quickly, and it's helped me enjoy the process more than I expected. I actually look forward to BBQing now. Thanks to their help, people are telling me I make the best steaks and brisket they've ever had. Personally, I don't even want to go out to a steakhouse anymore. Thank you, Corey and Rachel, for all your help!”

“We came in last Saturday for the Labor Day weekend sale but have been here a couple times over the several years. Every time we have been treated like we are the only customers in the store by the salesperson. We are greated as soon as we come in and shown around to what we are looking for and there is no pressure to buy. We looked at the other furniture store around the corner and let's just say they are not worthy of our time or money. It was a night and day differents from the parking lot to the employees that didn't care that we were there. The prices we did see were about the same price but for lower quality. The service we get at RC Willy and the quality of the furniture will have us coming back for decades to come. Please don't ever change your extraordinary customer service.”

“I purchased a 40 volt Ryobi weed whacker. The twine broke off and I had to take apart the head to access the broken off twine. I could not lock the head back on. I took it to the tool rental and a gentleman helped me lock it back in. I have rented equipment in the past and always excellent service. 5 star service.”
