“It's Home Depot! I like to build my shopping list in the app and use it to help me find the things I need in store. You can also avoid the problem of looking for out of stock things because the app will show the inventory at your store of choice. Every interaction I have had with their employees has been pleasant. Getting help finding stuff is hit or miss some times. If you need help getting something heavy off a shelf or into your truck they have always been available to help.”

“I had a very complicated order of 14 gallons of paint today, all different colors, and not all the bases we had planned on were available. The paint department did an outstanding job assisting me with this order and had everything done in about half an hour once the order was submitted, even with the unexpected changes. During checkout, the associate overseeing the self checkouts, Callie, was SO helpful. She went above and beyond in helping me process the order. When I had a question she did not have the information to answer, she made a point to track it down for me and saved me a lot of money. She was kind and friendly throughout the process, an excellent example of customer service.

“David helped me and my wife find a really good refurbished LG Washer and Dryer set for our new apartment. Price was fair and the condition on the appliances are great! He even helped us out by delivering them to our apartment! I definitely recommend this place to anyone who isn't able to afford brand new appliances but want some good used products!”

“I had an issue with item delivered. Received amazing customer service all around. From person at phone center, to store manager and costumer service at location. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I'm not a huge fan of box stores, but with home renovations, you kind of gotta.
I will shop this location again, purely for their great staff.”
“I had an excellent helper whose name was Rayce. He took the time to help me find a controller that was worth the price tag on it. I proceeded to ask Rayce if we could test out the stick drift on the controller and he said we could and got straight to it. Overall Rayce has amazing customer service, amazing intelligence, and communication so I would recommend going to him for help!!”

“Boyle Appliance went above and beyond for me today. Our fridge starting freezing our food and we have medication that is used daily and needs to be refrigerated. Steve the owner basically dropped everything he was doing and personally brought us our new refrigerator today!
Pricing was very competitive with the big box stores too! I will only be shopping at Boyle!”
