“I found crazy color auto body and I’m glad I did. We needed to get some paint work done for a vehicle that was scratched pretty deep. My shop tried to make it look better but we are professional Detailer’s not painters. So I referred it over to Jordan. My customer was thrilled, came out better than expected. You could never tell the vehicle had been scratched. I see some other people leaving negative reviews I would not let those steer you away, some people just want perfection with unrealistic goals. “Dan was responsive and thorough. He pointed out damage that a previous body shop missed injust the walk around. In a few minutes I had an estimate in hand, a rental car set up, and a return appointment.
I did not get the promised follow-up call about additional damage that was found or updates, but did get a prompt reply to my inquiry. However, this may have been due to the other parties insurance having taken full responsibility and covering things so there wasn't a concern for problems.
The work is guaranteed so if questions or concerns arise I was invited to return or call promptly to get it resolved.

“Wife's car was not starting. My battery tester only gave me volts, seemed okay. Started it with portable jumper. NAPA had a tester that tested everything, including cabling,etc. Low amps. Employ was not excited to do the test on a cold morning, however, he did not hesitate.
They loned me a 10mm. I installed a new battery. They also recylcled my core for me.”

“These guys are awesome. I normally try to avoid dealership service centers because they always seem to charge more and aren't very helpful but I had a really great experience at Volkswagen Layton.
I had locking lug nuts on my tires from the previous owner and no way to get them off. I called to get some info on tire rotations and getting those bolts replaced and they quoted me honestly for if I had them do it all or if I brought my own parts and just had them switch them out. A lot of places don't even give you the option to do that so that was great.
Elijah was awesome and got me right in. He was transparent with prices and how long it would take. If you are looking for honest answers to questions and actually helpful service it's worth the little bit extra.”

“We bought a new 2022 Wagoneer from Young Jeep in Layton. We drove down from Montana because the advertised price on their website specifically stated that there was a -$10k "Young Discount" on the vehicle that we bought in addition to the Stellantis bonuses and rebates, but when we went in to the finance office to discuss pricing they said that "they didn't know anything about a Young Discount of $10k and that they couldn't sell it for that amount." even after I showed them the price for that VIN on the website. They stated that "Their marketing team down the street must have put that up there and they don't communicate with them on pricing." The website did not mention that the vehicle had been used as a loaner vehicle, but our Salesman (Tanner) did mention that during our test drive. After some haggling we were able to arrive at an acceptable price, and we did opt for the paint protection package. We pointed out a few scuffs in the paint and let them know that we would be picking the vehicle up in a little over a week. Working with Tanner was great, he communicated well, knew his product, asked us if we had any questions. I do recommend that they consider changing their current paint protection film provider from their current provider to CoaticLabs. Their current provider wrapped right over excessive wax that the dealer applied, and there were stretch marks a air bubbles. We actually refused the car and had them re-wrap the front to take care of the imperfections, which delayed our scheduled ceramic coat. CoaticLabs did our ceramic coat for 1/2 the price Young wanted for their provider to apply the ceramic coat (and they did an AWESOME job - would highly recommend CoaticLabs for PPF and ceramic coat). Overall, our rating is a 4 star only because of the service we received from Tanner.”
