“I recently purchased a set of EBC rotors from Graveyard Performance. The website showed that they fit my car, but when I went to install them, I realized they were the wrong size. My car has both a standard and a performance option, and I needed the larger rotors for the performance model. I contacted Graveyard Performance and ended up working with Alex Forte. He apologized for the mix-up and immediately started helping me figure out what we could do to fix the situation. Since my car is my daily driver, I really appreciated that he wasn't going to leave me waiting around for weeks. He quickly gave me some options, helped me get the return taken care of, and helped me order the correct rotors. I shipped the original rotors back and received the new ones within two business days. They're now installed, and I'm very happy with them. What I really want to give Alex credit for is the customer service. He didn't just fix the problem and send me on my way. He took the time to talk with me about other products they can get for my car and some of the things I'm considering for my future build. It was nice dealing with someone who actually seemed interested in helping rather than just making a sale. Mistakes happen, and what matters is how a company handles them. Alex handled this exactly the way I would hope someone would. He was quick, helpful, and went the extra mile to make sure I had a solution. Great job, Alex, and thank you for taking care of me. This kind of customer service is getting harder and harder to find, and I really appreciate the way you handled everything. You have certainly earned my future business.”

“Hands-down, the best customer service. Over the years, trying different places I’ve learned that O’Reillys is my favorite. This experience, JC went above and beyond to help me. He was knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile To resolve my concern. I’ll definitely continue coming there and recommending people to do the same.”

“We were set to take out our trailer camping, only to wake up with a flat tire. It was already loaded and the hitch was fixed in place, so we were at a Unhitch, jack up the trailer, and destroy whats left of my lower back taking off the wheel or, Cancel camping. My wonderful wife called Walmart and they said bring it over and they'll take care of us. An AMAZING young man named Christian removed, remounted our new tires, and got our new ball and hitch all done and gave us back our holiday! Thank you Christian and Thanks to our Syracuse neighborhood Walmart Auto Center!!!”
