βI had my front Jeep windshield replaced on Friday May 10th. I washed my Jeep right before I took it to them. They scratched my driver side mirror. You can clearly see where they stood on the running boards by the mirrors. Iβm pretty sure it was someoneβs belt buckle. Iβve been coming to them for years and was super happy with them. I havenβt contacted them but i highly doubt they would do anything about it. Iβm sure it would be the standard it wasnβt us routine. I think they have expanded too fast and lost sight of quality control. Iβd think twice before going to them. Iβd happily change my review if they step up but no one really does that anymore.

I was really surprised today! The owner reached out to me and has offered to replace the damaged mirror. I offered to do the replacement if he would order and pay for the mirror. He has already ordered the mirror from the Jeep dealership. I stand corrected! This company did indeed step up to the plate and make it right. I have changed this review to 5 star and will continue to use them in the future. I will post updated pictures once the mirror is replaced.
I replaced the mirror this weekend. I verified it was indeed an OEM jeep mirrorβ
βBrayden did an excellent job with my low tire pressure and my service. I had a nail in my passenger side rear tire. I could see that it was low with only 19 PSI instead of 31 PSI. I am so happy that it was taken care of by Brayden!β
βMajor fan of these guys! They are up front, honest and go above and beyond for you! Car broke down and an original return fix date was 7-10 days out.... they worked longer hours than needed and we got it back on morning of day 5! Awesome!β
βWe recommend Import Auto Clinic for repairs, minor or major. We have had poor experiences with other auto repair shops. You can depend on them to be upfront with you. We are very satisfied with the results on our Audi A4 Quattro Premium Plus. Everything was smooth sailing as soon as we left their parking lot. Also, we wanted to acknowledge Collin Myers. I've been to Chesty's five or six more times since I left my review below, and everything I said below is still true and then some. These guys do the best job, are the fairest, and are the most honest repair shop I've ever been to, and I've been to many.

Chesty's is a different kind of auto shop. Honestly. The three attributes that make it diffetent in my eyes are:
1) Honesty
2) Skill
3) Service
Honesty - You can *know* that Chesty's will never suggest a part or service for the purpose of upselling you. They honestly don't roll that way.
Skill - Miguel is a *great* mechanic, and he hires other excellent mechanics.
Service - Miguel provides truly great service to his customers, the best you'll find.
Besides providing service to customers, he provided it to our great country as he's a veteran, in fact, asva Marine. I am as well, and the shared experience of hell, er, Marine Corps boot camp, ensures there is a strong bond of respect there.
I'm 71, and Chesty's is the only auto repair place I'll be using for the duration.

I thought I had a blown head gasket on my 1999 Land Cruiser, based on my own and other mechanics' diagnoses. I received several quotes, with most unwilling to work on it unless they replaced the entire engine. I was quoted as high as $15,000 to fix the issue. Burns was able to identify something that others couldn't: an "idle up vacuum solenoid for the power steering, which most typically do electronically but in these years, it's done hydraulically by Toyota. This solenoid was sending power steering fluid into the intake".
These guys potentially saved me over $14,000!!! Thank you, Burns!!

After my husband unexpectedly died a few years ago I heard about Jordan Schmanski the owner and amazing mechanic at Apex! I needed to get my car, truck and my daughterβs cars serviced and wanted someone trust worthy and honest!
I canβt say enough about Jordan and how amazing he has been!! He has taken care of me for years and then I sent my parents to him and he was so fantastic with them!
I would give him 10/10 in all areas! Honest, integrity, exceptional mechanic and he keeps me updated and on top of my oil changes and all maintenance work on my vehicles!
Highly, highly recommend him!!

βTHE BEST PLACE YOU CAN GO IN LAYTON! Last Thursday 8/15 we got a flat tire in a rental car on our way to Bear Lake. We pulled into Travβs about 5:55pm and were out of there at 6:23pm with a spare tire securely on! Itβs so overwhelming getting a flat tire in the first place, not to mention while traveling with 3 small children AND in a rental. But the two young gentlemen working that evening were spectacular. They found the spare tire and jacked up without us having to unbuckle carseats. I wish we got their names, but they went above and beyond for us after hours out of the goodness of their hearts. I feel positive that if I sent any one of my friends or family to Travβs they would receive the same care.β

βExcellent service all around, came in and got an oil change right before I'd be leaving town for the weekend but had found my splash cover over my oil filter had fallen off at some point and taken the mounting hardware with it. I found a spare cover plate I had and came back the next day, they took care of me and got the spare attached no charge. Top notch, thank you for the peace of mind!β
βI recently had ny headlights restored, first off let me say the customer services is top notch. I was given a ride home so I didnβt have to wait at the shop. The headlights look like they were brand new once they were finished, they did a fantastic job and once completed I was picked up and brought back to the shop. They also quickly washed my vehicle . Donβt hesitate to have work done at this shop, they were awesome.β
βIβm in the process of doing a complete rebuild on my 95 12v Cummins. I ordered injectors about 2 months ago and Iβm just now getting around to installing them. And there was a mix up where I was given the correct injectors but wrong year. Even tho it was 2 months prior they sent me out the correct set free of charge to make things right!! Great company to work with and will continue to buy products from them!!β

βWorked with Brenden and Ryan multiple times in the service center for recalls and other issues that have arisen with our vehicles. We didnβt purchase them from Young, but they have been awesome and last time they even were able to sneak us in last second and take care of a small thing same day that was under warranty. Really appreciate the service team for doing a great job with our vehicles.β

βThe search for my Kia Stinger started in November 2023. I had specific requirements for my next vehicle. I wanted it to be orange. I wanted a car not an SUV or a truck. I wanted All-Wheel Drive (AWD). There were other makes and models that fit the criteria, but as I continued researching, I found myself looking exclusively for a 2019 Kia Stinger GTS AWD in Federation Orange. I went through 15 dealerships in total during my search. I dealt with a few shysters and others that did not know about customer service. Then there were those that we just could not come to an agreement. I came across Young Kia on a search via one of the many car listing sites. Initially, the car was in my personally set price range. After some initial discussion, the price jumped out of my range. Never knew why. I discussed the situation with Mark K and Kelly T. They understood and did their best to work with me. Unfortunately, we just could not get it to within my price range. After I went looking at a couple of other listings that were unsuccessful, I noticed the price on the Young Kia Stinger dropped. I contacted Mark and Kelly again. After a bit of back an forth, we struck a deal. This was mid-July. I booked plane tickets and accommodations to pick up the car. Due to unplanned medical emergencies that happened with my spouse, we had to delay the pick up by several weeks. Mark and Kelly were understanding and concerned. They were not worried about the sale, but the well being of my better half. Thankfully, we finally made it to Layton. I did a quick test drive 'around the block'. Signed some papers. And was off in no time. Mark made us feel welcome and helped throughout the process. We also got to meet Kelly. These guys were top notch. Really great to deal with. Kodee had us in and out quickly. I think with the test drive and paperwork, we were done in just over an hour. The car drove flawlessly back across half the country, through five states, to its new home. The long drive gave me time to appreciate the purchase of a rock solid ride. I am glad I purchased the 2019 Kia Stinger GTS from the team at Young Kia! Thank you Mark! Thank you Kelly! βWe took our sons '04 CR-V to Extreme Auto Repair due to some issue's with the A/C compressor. Tom kept us up-to-date with the diagnosis and this team was even able to identify the root cause of an issue we hadn't even brought up to them in discussion due to it being intermittent and another shop not being able to replicate.
