“Our experience with Caliber,our Service Advisor, Jessie Jensen and other folks on the Caliber team was way beyond 5 stars.They were honest and timely with their estimates regarding the length of time it would take to finish our car, and our car was finished 1 week earlier than expected.The service advisor who told us what to expect with the "job" was very knowledgable and communicated with us in a clear and cordial manner. It was easy to comprehend what he was saying.. It was evident to us that this was a man who truly had his heart and "whole" self into tasks of his career.When we came to pick our car up, it was parked in a very "show room" like manner....we had only a bumper to be fixed, but the exterior of the car truly appeard as though it had been painted anew all over. This was a pleasant surprise...we were not expecting the exterior to look this way. Then on the way home, we noticed that the interior of the car had been detailed to the max. We viewed this "rejuvination" of our car as going beyond the extra mile. Our car has never looked so good. We feel sad to say that we didn't acknowledge to Calibur how much we appreciated this detailing of our car at the time. It was just so unexpected.In our view, the work done on our car was the work of a craftsman, a work of art. “When Coys Wheel announced a while back that they were going to make an 8 Lug C20 Wheel, I just needed to know who was going to take my money. These wheels were definitely worth the wait. The 1 piece design looks awesome. USPS messed up the delivery and Coys assisted until we resolved the problem. I highly recommend these wheels and company.”

“Great service here, I\we bring our 6 vehicles in our family here. I myself have been coming since before it was a valvoline store. And the service has stayed the same (that usually falls off). The few who have been there a while remember me and my vehicle (ok it's a box truck that barely fits lol) but they do a great and quick job, and it's nice when needed to get your IM testing done at the same time (though some how I always land on the lane with 2 vehicles with IM testing in front of me haha). Outside of my luck. It's a great and reasonably priced place to come.. And I love valvoline so that's why I came in the first place.”
