Terrible experience they opened and closed my account within a week due to back office stating they found chek systems in my name. I went to another financial institution. I do don’t recommend the jumping through hoops experience and lack of professionalism on a voicemail that I received as well with the follow up.

Do not trust this bank. They have put us through hell since our mother passed The branch in Coolidge AZ has incompetent employees. The legal deptartment has no clue and are slow. The staff at the Layton branch was wonderful and helpful.

I strongly advise against dealing with this company. Their customer service is abysmal and their staff appear to be ignorant about the products or services they offer. Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of them.
