I've called them twice and opted to have them call me back rather than wait on hold. Never received a call back.

Terrible experience they opened and closed my account within a week due to back office stating they found chek systems in my name. I went to another financial institution. I do don’t recommend the jumping through hoops experience and lack of professionalism on a voicemail that I received as well with the follow up.
