“Went to buy a battery, alternator and a few other parts. The guy who helped me was very kind and showed me which types I needed. I forgot his name, but he had dark hair and facial hair. I went around 8pmish.”

“I am a 68 yr old female that had a dead battery to deal with. I went to Autozone and was treated very poorly and sent away telling me they didn’t have the tools to help me. I went to O’Reilly’s and so glad I did. Jim, the store manager greeted me with a smile, asked how he could help and pleasantly took care of my dead battery. My battery was a nightmare to replace, Jim had to replace the positive cable too. It took awhile and I have to say the whole time he was nothing but pleasant. Thank you Jim for turning a bad experience into a good one. You now have a new loyal customer.”

“I need to share an amazing experience with this business. Exceptional is an understatement. Both Vincente' and Greg were unbelievably helpful at a time when I was having the worst day ever. It was their profoundly genuine willingness to intervene and assist in my behalf that turned a terrible day into a great experience. I do not have the words, even now, to express adequately the depth of my gratitude. Amazing people, amazing experience.. if your not shopping here for your Battery needs then you are doing yourself a disservice. Special thanks to Greg and Vincente'”
