“I am a 68 yr old female that had a dead battery to deal with. I went to Autozone and was treated very poorly and sent away telling me they didn’t have the tools to help me. I went to O’Reilly’s and so glad I did. Jim, the store manager greeted me with a smile, asked how he could help and pleasantly took care of my dead battery.
My battery was a nightmare to replace, Jim had to replace the positive cable too. It took awhile and I have to say the whole time he was nothing but pleasant. Thank you Jim for turning a bad experience into a good one. You now have a new loyal customer.”
