“This O'Reilly's is special! My friend car broke down last night. We had just enough to get the BMW to the parking lot of O'Reilly's. We left the car there overnight so we can finalize the situation. This morning I went there to figure out the problem with the BMW. The coolant hose flange was broken, on top of all of this I have no car tools on hand. Within an hour or less AND with the customer service on hand, they not only had the part I needed, but the tools as well. MOST OF ALL THE PATIENTS.... I'm not the best mechanic especially on a BMW, but less than a hour and they cheered for me on the job done! Team effort went a long way with these ladies and fellas on that crew. Thank you O, O, O, O'REILLY'S, Auto Parts... ?”

“Returned a X2 LI-ION battery for warranty, (had it less than a year) Was told because the battery wouldn't charge to over 8vdc that it was out of Warranty. I had it on a Lithium Ion charger which I also bought from B +, all winter and it would not charge. I ended up buying a Duracell for my 2015 HD Road Glide to replace it with. Loss of a 200$ battery, because of failure to honor their Batteries + Warranty. ** would have been a problem **
