“I was looking to get my 96 Ford Bronco painted. I asked a friend of mine with some really nice classic cars whom he used. To my surprise he told me Maaco in Layton. Told him no way cause his cars paint jobs cherry and I remember all I heard about Maaco growing up. But I gave them a shot. Talked with Luis for a bid. The price was more than agreeable in comparison to what I had been getting. Luis was patient and responsive to all my rookie questions and requests. So I gave them a shot and I was presently surprised. My truck looks better than I could have ever imagined! I highly suggest you go to Maaco and ask for Luis.”

“To anyone reading this, the person you want to buy a car from is Dan. I cannot say enough good things about him. I am a college student and I went in looking to buy a new car. Dan helped me find the perfect one. I have had encounters with pushy car salespeople before but he was completely opposite of that! I never felt rushed with the process and he showed me all the cars within my price range. Dan spent HOURS helping me, and I mean hours. It took me a while to decide which car I wanted and he remained very patient the entire time. I know that many people out there have had bad experiences with car salespeople only trying to make the most money off you. But you can tell that Dan actually CARES about people and wants what is best for his customers. He is incredibly kind and easygoing, takes pride in his work, and most importantly is there for his customers. He is also VERY accommodating. For example, I was cold in his office so he turned up the heat and offered me and my dad some drinks. Dan goes out of his way to make sure that his customers are comfortable, and that is something that anyone would appreciate. I will NEVER buy a car from anyone else, Dan is THE best person to go to. I hope whoever is looking to buy a car will ask for Dan because I can assure you that you will have the best experience possible with him.”

“We bought a new 2022 Wagoneer from Young Jeep in Layton. We drove down from Montana because the advertised price on their website specifically stated that there was a -$10k "Young Discount" on the vehicle that we bought in addition to the Stellantis bonuses and rebates, but when we went in to the finance office to discuss pricing they said that "they didn't know anything about a Young Discount of $10k and that they couldn't sell it for that amount." even after I showed them the price for that VIN on the website. They stated that "Their marketing team down the street must have put that up there and they don't communicate with them on pricing." The website did not mention that the vehicle had been used as a loaner vehicle, but our Salesman (Tanner) did mention that during our test drive. After some haggling we were able to arrive at an acceptable price, and we did opt for the paint protection package. We pointed out a few scuffs in the paint and let them know that we would be picking the vehicle up in a little over a week. Working with Tanner was great, he communicated well, knew his product, asked us if we had any questions. I do recommend that they consider changing their current paint protection film provider from their current provider to CoaticLabs. Their current provider wrapped right over excessive wax that the dealer applied, and there were stretch marks a air bubbles. We actually refused the car and had them re-wrap the front to take care of the imperfections, which delayed our scheduled ceramic coat. CoaticLabs did our ceramic coat for 1/2 the price Young wanted for their provider to apply the ceramic coat (and they did an AWESOME job - would highly recommend CoaticLabs for PPF and ceramic coat). Overall, our rating is a 4 star only because of the service we received from Tanner.”
