“Super disappointed. I have never had issues here and have always recommended it so I told my elderly mom to take her car there. The auto wash she chose stopped without rinsing her car and wouldn’t start again so she tried again and it did it a second time. She then ended up having to try to rinse her car in the manual bay but couldn’t do it very good because she has to use a walker. She tried to call the number off google and it says it’s a bad number. I guess I won’t be going back there.
** edit I misunderstood my mom she did not have to use the manual wash just the brush wash twice and the touchless wash once to rinse her vehicle.

“Old school place to wash your car nothing fancy but it gets the job done, It's clean, well maintained, the owners are awsome, and is not Pricey.
Other similar carwashes, water down the soap, wax, and products, but the hidden cove never, I been a costumer for over 10 yers.
I do think how ever they should give free vacuum option.”

“Best self-serve car wash I've been to. They've never been out of anything. The only thing I can think of that would make it better is to have a shaded area for drying but it's not a big deal.”

“Clean wash area, the wash cycles seem to have the right amount of chemicals because they work as advertised. Hot water cycles are actually hot! Much better than a typical car wash where all the cycles aren't really different.”
“We were in town for a wedding and the bride and groom’s car was covered in bugs from top to bottom so we took it here and the attendants here were 11/10 stars amazing! Helping make sure the car was much cleaner (only to be covered in window paint later).
Unfortunately we don’t live close otherwise I’d completely switch to be a long term customer here! Thanks again so much for the amazing service!”
“Have used this place 20+ times. Really a great car wash over all. The $10 charge that everyone has mentioned is only a pending charge. The amount displayed when you hit stop is the amount you will be charged and the pending charge will disappear. Everything has worked when I’ve been there but the card readers can be fussy. If they were to update the card readers I would rate this place 5 stars.”
“I use the laser car wash, but the person in front of me took FOREVER to get out of the dryer portion, so I lost my car wash. I had no idea there was an office on site. I drove home and then called the company…the gentleman was quick to call me down, as I was frantic I lost my money. He asked me to come back down, and he made sure I got my car wash! I thought that was really nice, he had the ability to not only resolve my issue but remain calm and help me get calm! Thank you nice man! My truck also came out remarkably clean & shiny!
