“I bought some jeans the other day got home. Tried them on wore around the house realized they were probably just a little bit too big went back not only did they exchange them no questions asked for the correct size. They ordered the right size and they hadn’t sent out the other ones for alterations so they found me another pair of jeans and not once did I feel like I was inconveniencing them they were over the top. Excellent customer service.”
“I can't find the receipt I had but I was in a big debt about what I wanted to get for a sale and when I chose what I wanted the most amazing employee named ozzy told me they were on 2 different sales because I wanted ti get space cat jewelry and death note jewelry but then some green fishnets well they told me that the jewelry was on its own sale rather then letting me miss out so I partook in both sales getting my amazing death note jewelry that ironically stopped my nightmares when I wore ryuk so keep that in mind and my space cat clips green fishnets and a kirby because I adore him”
“I absolutely love going to this location mainly because the employees. I feel welcomed everytime I come and they're sooooo nice. I am 8 and a half months pregnant and they ALWAYS ask me how I'm doing. I wish I could give them many more stars than this. I am so grateful for these employees and they deserve a raise!!!! Plus, this store is always shocked, always nice and kept neat. It's always clean as well. Great job!!!!!”

Hands down the best Spirit Halloween I’ve ever been to! The manager Myra was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I found everything I needed. The store was clean, organized, which I'm sure is hard for the busy season. Seriously the best customer service I’ve had at any Spirit Halloween, this one really cares about their customers. ??”
“Finally mens shirts that fit, comfy, fairly breathable. Fair priced as well. Killer colors as well. Sand brown, sage green, bright blue, sky blue, Lavender purple, white, gray, charcoal. They're nice shirts. Buy a size larger they do shrink a size.”
“Just bought the Papa's perfect potato soup mix, poppy seed muffin mix and the Cinnamon delight muffin mix. I just finished cooking the potato soup OMG it is so delicious!!!! So easy to make and so affordable!!!! I am going to buy so many more mixes because that is the best soup I've ever tasted and I am so excited to try the baked goods!!!”
“Kiersten was amazing! She was truly friendly and informative whenever I asked a question. She nailed what my size would be when I asked about their sizing on jeans. She even added that S and R stand for different lengths of jeans. (S for Short and R for Regular.) As a 5’3” shortie, that was very nice to know, so I wouldn’t have to spend extra on getting pants hemmed/shortened!
When I liked a shirt in the display and asked where it was located in the store, Kiersten even showed me some similar pieces of clothing. She was very sweet to think of how they might look good on me. She was absolutely right, because in the end, the shirt didn’t fit me well, but the hoodie she recommended did! I’m so glad I met Kiersten, because I walked out of that store with something new and a smile on my face!”

“We took my 14 year old grandson school shopping in August 2024 shortly before school started and the store was very busy. The sales associate Anna came over and immediately started asked my Grandson questions about what he needed. She told about the Back to School Specials and before I knew it he had picked out several pants and shirts and Anna even talked him into trying them on!!! I was SO HAPPY!!! In all our years of school shopping I have never persuaded him to try on clothes. Anyway, she was WONDERFUL and even though it's a few months late. I haven't forgotten the EXCELLENT Customer Service!!!”
