“The employees at Red Wing Shoes were absolutely top-notch! They were incredibly knowledgeable, informative, and provided exceptional customer service. They took the time to listen to what I actually wanted and needed, rather than trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need.
I really appreciated how helpful and genuine they were throughout the entire experience. You can tell they truly care about helping customers find the right product.

“We took my 14 year old grandson school shopping in August 2024 shortly before school started and the store was very busy. The sales associate Anna came over and immediately started asked my Grandson questions about what he needed. She told about the Back to School Specials and before I knew it he had picked out several pants and shirts and Anna even talked him into trying them on!!! I was SO HAPPY!!! In all our years of school shopping I have never persuaded him to try on clothes. Anyway, she was WONDERFUL and even though it's a few months late. I haven't forgotten the EXCELLENT Customer Service!!!”

“The customer service was spot on. The moment we walked in the door, it was busy, the employee took a moment and introduced themselves and said that they would help us in a moment. They did. We didn't have to wait long. In and out within 20 minutes. My youngest is very picky about what goes on his feet. Plus the good deals. It was great will definitely return to buy more shoes for my boys!!”
“Reviews are always hit and miss right? Depends on the day? A few folks on here reviewing the brand itself but this is store specific. I’ve been wearing vans for 25 years, from my skater punk days to my professional career. You either like the shoes or you don’t. 8/29 I visited the store to buy another pair of my usuals. Staff was great. Not overly bothersome, or trying to sell me but asked if I needed help, got me the sizes i wanted. (What more can you seriously expect from a mall store lol). Got what I needed, went to check out and I had read the signage wrong about a sale. Despite my screw up, they were cool enough to honor the deal. 10/10 from this store. Sincerely appreciate the interaction with the employees and was happy walking out with the shoes.”
“I bought some jeans the other day got home. Tried them on wore around the house realized they were probably just a little bit too big went back not only did they exchange them no questions asked for the correct size. They ordered the right size and they hadn’t sent out the other ones for alterations so they found me another pair of jeans and not once did I feel like I was inconveniencing them they were over the top. Excellent customer service.”

“I ordered a pair of Dr. Martens that I was so excited to receive, got them in the mail yesterday and the wrong pair was shipped from MN. No big deal right? I'll just reorder them...except that they're limited edition and sold out everywhere, are no longer in stock online, nor are they going to carry them again. I called customer service and was told exactly that - no more shoes in stock, the best I could do was take my wrong order to my local store (Layton Hills Mall) and get a refund. Walked in today on my lunch and spoke with Sav who not only FOUND me a magical pair that customer service apparently couldn't see, or didn't care to look for - but helped me order said pair, as well as return the wrong shoes I received. Sav went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me and I can't express how grateful I am for her help! Sav literally made my day! Thank you so much again, I can't wait to get my Wednesday Docs!!”
