The place had great service for all customer. Staff was sweet and takes time to help need was. Electrical staff helped elderly neighbor with lamp replacement after other locations and the customer line had no success. The help went above and beyond and the neighbor raved about the skills and care. Customer find obscure items and the gentleman at the aisle takes time to find the exact solution. Veterans and staff was really sweet. Customer reported a Toro Recycler Max was with a loose cutting blade and a loud banging and a safety check missed. Place help to help and contact was by email only.
Better than the other big dog, they actually want to help you here instead of just randomly wandering aisles looking for a solution.
