She is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and has an amazing ability to work with dogs of all temperaments and backgrounds, even when their history is unknown. I've seen firsthand the positive impact she's had on every dog I've brought to her, one foster even becoming a service dog. I recommend Tonia without hesitation and couldn't recommend her more highly.

Uptown Bark
1330 UT-193, LaytonI called to see if I could get a same-day appointment, and within minutes they were able to fit me into their schedule—even with my last-minute request. I brought in my very sweet (but slightly mischievous) Yellow Lab, Lady, and they took such great care of her.
The team kept me updated throughout the entire two-hour process, and honestly, they did a better job with her than I do! The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience stress-free.
On top of that, everything was done at a very fair price, which made the experience even better. It's not always easy to find great service at a reasonable cost, but Uptown Bark delivered on both.
I'll definitely be bringing my Ladybug back to Uptown Bark. Highly recommend!

1538 N Main St, LaytonCame in with an outdoor/feral cat who had an abscess. The vet, Dr. Powell, was super patient and communicative and the procedure went well. The technician and receptionist were both kind as well. Would definitely return and recommend to others.
Update: I’ve since brought in my three indoor cats multiple times, for a variety of visits including dental surgery, blood work, wellness exams, annual shots, and nail trims. They send text reminders for appointments and they answer calls quickly and appointments usually run on time. The waiting area can get loud and full so I recommend bringing a carrier cover if your pet gets stressed. All of the staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and communicative. I used to take my cats to Bayview, and the level of care at LVH is far above what I experienced there. I especially appreciate that they provide detailed estimates for procedures, including both low-end and high-end ranges, which makes planning easier. I also highly recommend the Thrive Plus membership and CareCredit if needed!

3111 N 750 E #2, LaytonI have wanted to try Red Beard for a long time. Today for my birthday I finally got the chance! We arrived they ran out of food and were closing. I was so bummed, I told them I was there to celebrate my birthday and I’d have to try again. I’ll be honest, I had a hard time not showing my disappointment. For that I sincerely apologize. They were so gracious and kind. They took the opportunity to wish me a happy birthday and gathered what they had left over. I tried to pay for it but the wouldn’t let me. This speaks volumes to me and I appreciate it very much. The food was outstanding!! It’s no wonder they sold out! Seriously the best smoked bbq around that I have had. Not only that they are kind and generous. I can support them, and I will always be grateful for their kindness. We all have different taste buds, I loved every bite of everything we got! Go support Red Beard bbq, they are great people who seem to find a way to pack a lot of love in their food! Thank you Red Beard!! We be back and we’ll share with others how much we loved it!

My only demerit is because we thought we were getting fish and chips. You have to specifically ask that they are English chips or you will be getting fries. The clerk told us this happens a lot. It is very large, and very very cute!

I ordered chips and guacamole for my appetizer and didn't remember the last time I had guac that good. The entree was street tacos with rice and beans, absolutely phenomenal.
I was stationed near the Mexican border while in the military, and would go get street food at least twice a week while I was there. I can absolutely recommend this place if you like authentic Mexican food. 11/10!
