Idlewire Pet Care
5583 Harrison Blvd, South OgdenI don’t post reviews often, however I need to say how wonderful Idlewire is. My husband and I are first responders with a German Shepherd who’s in training to be my service dog. While I’m at work, he gets to play, have friends, get tired, and he LOVES going. I get the best report cards, the staff responds to my obnoxious texts when he and or I are being DRAMATIC… having somewhere safe for my best friend is more gratitude then I can put into words. He got a scratch on his nose (probably deserved it he’s a punk 🤣) and they were swift to take care of it and called me immediately! Honestly, I love these guys. Thank you over and over again.

Pet-Friendly Restaurants

Star Point Nutrition llc
3901 Riverdale Rd B, South OgdenI’ve come here a few times over the years and love it. I’d come more if I didn’t work so much. I can only come on an Occasional Saturday. Regardless, it’s a great experience every time. They have a nice selection of healthy high protein items. Everything is delicious. Great customer service, too. Plus the inside is really cute. I would love to see them busier because I want them around for a while.

South Ogden Dog Park
4101 Palmer Dr, South OgdenWhy is this not open? This is one of the coolest dog parks I've been to in 8 years if owning my dog. The forest area is awesome. There seems to be lots of nice grass and different terrain. The benches are in good shape and there's even a baseball field next-door.
BUT can someone explain to me why in Utah they shut dog parks down randomly? I would love to know because dogs don't stop needing excercise or friends in the winter. The MAJORITY that come here are already cooped up inside for too long in apartments. This is about the fourth dog park I have seen this happened to over the last year. It makes no sense at least put up a sign directing to another dog park or giving an explanation and that would at least prevent people from being pissed off.
