“We had a unit since 2017 and never had any issues. Place was well taken care of and Gary always took care of us. The price was always better for the size we had for other places in the area. We moved out today as we've moved out of the area. We were very happy with SYS and would definitely rent with them again.”
“I have used this storage unit for many years...actually, as long as it's been open. Most of these are large oversized units - ideal for recreational vehicles, boats, etc. I actually use my space to park my 25 foot box truck I use for my job. The units are long, tall and wide - and the best part...they each come with power. If you need to plug in an engine block heater for a vehicle in the winter, power tools, maybe a fridge...then this is perfect! Nearly all of the new "fancy" storage units popping up all over the place now do not have power available. It's pretty tough these days to find storage units that come with power. Also, there is no extra charge for the power usage. The space between each row of units is quite wide - PLENTY of room to maneuver your toys and the. back them into your unit space. There are security cameras in all corners of the lot. Also adding to the security is the fact that it's well-lit at night. The manager lives onsite, so it's easy to get help with any concerns you may have. There are 2 separate entrances/exits requiring that a passcode be entered upon coming and going. Location is also great - just off of HWY 193 in Layton means it'll only take you a couple of minutes to get on I-15 or 89 to go use those toys.”
