My husband has flat feet. The employee was very friendly. She took time with us to answer any questions we had. So far the shoes are working great!

So great to work with! Answered all my questions happily. I got a great pair of Hoka trail running shoes. I was so sad when I snagged a branch and put a hole in the toe of one of them after only having them a few weeks. They happily exchanged them for a new pair. The customer service was exceptional ?????!
