“The price was a little bit high. Not too much high for what work they did. I received the vehicle back and not all the bolts were tight and um, they sent me on a rollercoaster, told me he was junk told me it wasn't until they finally figured out what was wrong with it, and I had to pay for all that. But overall, the people there are great and I had a good experience. They got it running like I wanted. I had to finish fixing it, but oh well”

“I found out I needed to get new control arms on my 2013 ford explorer. I took it to the Ford dealer and they said it would take one to two days to look at it and no appointments the service for 10 days. I found out about Tech 100 from daughter. I got my car back from Ford and Ron had it diagnosed within about 15 minutes and told me what wss was needed and the quote. He could do it the next day. He text a few hours later and he had the parts and they would double team and get it done today. He was true to his word and I had car back before 5. He also provided videos of my.old parts the the work done under the car. Great service and I will ne checking with him on any future car needs. Would give him more than 5 stars.”
“These guys are wonderful! Been going here for almost 6 years now. Have bought alot of trailer tires from them and they always get me in and out within a reasonable amount of time. Lately I've had them do a few things with my 6.7 powerstroke which they handled fine and didn't over charge for. Don't have anything bad to say at all.
They also do emissions testing.”

“We bought a truck from Ed Kenley Ford today and Dave helped us. He was great! As was the entire experience. We had been looking for a while and found just what we were looking for online. We live an hour away, so we called to double check that it was available. It was a rainy day and when we arrived, they fetched us with a covered golf cart and took us to the show room area where the truck was waiting under a covered parking spot. So, they did it again! I brought my car in this morning. The tention bar in the trunk came off. The technician put it back on in 2 minutes. Once again, they did not charge me for the service. They are so awesome! I will definitely return when needed.”

They did an exceptional job on my Toyota FJ, from gears, suspension, and a super charger , etc. John just had my 26 Silverado lifted on a BDS 4 inch suspension with 35 inch Ridge Grapplers for new shoes. “Dan was responsive and thorough. He pointed out damage that a previous body shop missed injust the walk around. In a few minutes I had an estimate in hand, a rental car set up, and a return appointment.
I did not get the promised follow-up call about additional damage that was found or updates, but did get a prompt reply to my inquiry. However, this may have been due to the other parties insurance having taken full responsibility and covering things so there wasn't a concern for problems.
The work is guaranteed so if questions or concerns arise I was invited to return or call promptly to get it resolved.
When I picked up the car, not only was the expected repairs completed and the electronics recalibrated, but the whole car inside and out was clean and detailed. I was not expecting this and was pleasantly surprised.”

“Wife's car was not starting. My battery tester only gave me volts, seemed okay. Started it with portable jumper. NAPA had a tester that tested everything, including cabling,etc. Low amps. Employ was not excited to do the test on a cold morning, however, he did not hesitate.
They loned me a 10mm. I installed a new battery. They also recylcled my core for me.”

He has spent hours and hours of time under the hood of my car, driving it, and pouring over research. He is compassionate and understanding and willing to try and work with you. He truly views his clients as people and not just numbers. I'm not going to say that he's the cheapest mechanic, because he's not. But I am saying that you get what you pay for, and his high quality parts, years of euro car knowledge, and dedication to his clients are well worth the price.”
