I took it to the Ford dealer and they said it would take one to two days to look at it and no appointments the service for 10 days. I found out about Tech 100 from daughter. I got my car back from Ford and Ron had it diagnosed within about 15 minutes and told me what wss was needed and the quote. He could do it the next day. He text a few hours later and he had the parts and they would double team and get it done today. He was true to his word and I had car back before 5.
