“I want to start off by saying I am not a member of this bank. But when I had an issue with another bank that told me to go to Wells Fargo because they issued a check to me that they could not cash the teller went up and beyond to find out what he could do for me and grabbed his manager to assist and made sure I got taken care of. That is way more than what my bank did for me when I was having problems. When or if, if it comes time to switch, I will most likely be working directly with this branch.”
