All of the negative reviews are true. The employees are rude and naturally suspicious of customers for no reason. Don't bank here.

Had an account with Wells Fargo for 25+ years and an average checking account balance of $10-20k and they wouldn’t even give me two rolls of pennies for my son. May be time to purge myself of Wells Fargo completely.

Terrible customer service. Rude and insensitive. The manager was the worst! I've been an account holder with Wells Fargo for 20 plus years and to have my account questioned was appalling. I discourage everyone from visiting this branch, unless you like sub par service.
