I came into Xfinity today because I needed to exchange a modem that wasn't working. I've had a heck of a time working with the chat people through Xfinity and it's been miserable so I went to the Layton store and I met Noah. He is the most amazing and sweet young man. He made me feel so good I've been going through a lot lately and he was just Jewel to me. He exudes positivity. Xfinity is very lucky to have him. Thank you Noah for your kindness and your understanding! You are just amazing! 🤗🩷

The people that work at this in store location are great, the location manager Melissa was very courteous and understanding even though I was there to cancel service. The internet service itself is a 3 star, it gets the job done nothing more, nothing less.

Company is a bunch of scam artists. You either pay 25/mo to rent their equipment or they make you pay 30/mo to use your own and get unlimited.
People in the store are nice enough but it doesn’t change that this company is using shady, illegal practices.

Mayra Hernandez changed my opinion of Xfinity with in 30 seconds of speaking with her. She was unlike other Xfinity employee that I have worked with. I'm an old guy and speaking Xfinity tech isn't my thing. Mayra heard what I was saying and didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing the Xfinity policies and tech they offer. If you are old my recommendation is to ask for Mayra to assist you. My only hope is that Xfinity pays her what she is worth so she stays. I look forward to meeting her again in the future.

I visited this shop about 1700 3 Jul to start Wifi in my new house.
Then, I received awesome service at that time.
I was troublesome customer I think.
However, his work was speedy, appropriate, and friendly.
The worst thing was that I missed his name.
So I can't tell him my gratitude.
Anyway I appreciate your professionalism and kindness.
