Xtinity/ Comcast are one of the absolute worst companies I have ever dealt with. But everyone already knows this. If you are selecting them it's most likely because your options are limited. If you have literally any other option, go with that one. The office told me I was free and clear when I turned in my equipment. I was surprised when I received notification of an auto pay for a full amount. Called to inquire and told it was a mistake and would receive a refund. When I didn't, I contacted my bank and they re-cooped it. The following month they tried billing me again. Once again I called and was told I was good to go and "to ignore it." That didn't sound correct, but also knew I didn't actually owe them any money, so I did. Imagine my surprise when 1 month later I get notification that my bill had been sent to collections. Never in my entire life had I have something go to collections. The gentleman at collections was 10x more competent than anyone I had spoken to at Xfinity.

Unfortunately this location falls Short of the Xfinity Customer Commitment which on their website statesOur commitment to every customer:Respect your timeSimplify your experienceMake things right if we fall shortSo far we have taken work off for an appointment for them to never show up and then say they never scheduled the time. When it was brought up to a representative we were told "too bad" your going to have to reschedule around us. So far our time has not been respected and things have definitely not been made right as we have now had to cancel birthday plans that have been planned for at least a month. On Top of all that we have now paid for Internet Service that we cant even use nor have we been able to use. I Would probably save your time and try to find a different internet provider that doesn't treat their customers like they are disposable.

My phone would only recieve text from some people, not everyone. I was basically kicked out of the store and told to call the customer support number. I was even still trying to talk and the lady moved on to the next customer.

Xfinity's phone tree to get customer service is ridiculous and keeps you going in circles. It's very frustrating and difficult to get any help. The internet service itself has been decent.

Went to Xfinity today to get internet services. Brenda helped my dad and I every step of the way! Her customer service and attention to detail was amazing. She was super helpful and did it with a smile on her face! Definitely appreciated all her help!

So, in the past I had great experience with xfinity internet until I came to this store. They said they were going to call, they never did, then they said I wasn't covered even though another person on the same apartment complex had the same internet provider. The second time I came in the Manager barely looked up from her screen and told me there was nothing that they could do for me. The least they could have done is make a simple phone call for me inside the store.

Never in my life have I been treated so badly at an establishment. I am just generally confused how this place is still operating with employees who act like this. I have been a customer for over 6 years, and I went into the store to help clarify a statement. There was music blaring so I politely asked to turn it down a little to hear the “customer service” representative (putting that in quotes because there was no service in sight). I immediately got cussed out, told that they couldn’t show me my statement (?), told they “don’t care” and to “get out”, and then someone named Sandra Cortez came up from the back and told me she was calling the police. I never even raised my voice at either of them. The police were equally confused as to why they were called for an absolute non-issue and left, giving me the name of the person who called them (she didn’t bother introducing herself prior and was not wearing a name tag). Management - please do something about Sandra Cortez, this is not how you want to be represented to your loyal customers. Clients - AVOID.

I truly appreciate that help that was given, but the representative was just wanted to be done and leave.I went to the store to replace my phone and smart watch, but it seems that the rep had issues with their systems, which prompted the rep to call their customer service, after that they were able to switch my phone, but when it came time to get my smartwatch switched, I was told to call customer care, and they'll be able to help. I arrived a little over an hour before closing time to get this done, it took a little over 30 minutes to get the phone switched, and understand that it was almost closing time, but they could have tried to get connected. At the end neither the store not customer care were able to assist, as my watch is not supported, which is weird, since Xfinity sells the same watch on their stores and online.
