“The price was good and the $100 off my deductible was appreciated. Unfortunately, they didn’t test the windshield wiper adjustment after the job was done. It rained a couple of days after the replacement and the driver side wiper was hitting the car frame. It was frustrating that what would seem like a standard part of the process for a shop that does this kind of work exclusively would have missed this. I ended up having to remove the wiper myself and make the adjustment. A minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things, but it leaves a bad and frustrating taste in your mouth after spending hundreds of dollars on a repair. However, Rock Doc made it right by offering additional services to make up for the initial oversight. I appreciated Rock Doc’s effort to ensure that my experience was a positive one in the end.”

“Went there to fix a leaky windshield originally they thought they might possibly have to replace the whole windshield but when they diagnosed it they found the leak was small enough to seal from the inside which ended up saving me a lot of money.He even took me out to show me exactly where the water was getting through the windshield which I appreciated. He also checked to make sure my sun roof drain tube wasn't also causing a leak. And he also cleaned up the waterstains with some upholstery cleaner which was really going above in beyond!They have honest pricing and good workers who really do they're very best. I'll definitely becoming back here if I need a new windshield or any rock chips repaired”

“These folks were fast and great, they not only fixed my windshield chip/crack, they helped me get on the road when my transaxle shift cable came loose by resetting it so I could drive slowly to a mechanic shop which saved me the cost of a tow service.
