They helped me research it until the correct part/model was found. This saved me so much time and money!! I was able to order the correct part, and it took less than 5 minutes to install.

“I had an excellent experience yesterday in the garden center. I went looking for shrubs and plants that do well in shade, and I’m not particularly knowledgeable in this area and asked Shay for help. She took her time and showed me every option, and even picked up the plants and put them in the cart for me since my hands were full with my children. She was exceptionally helpful, and even assisted with hauling mulch for me as well. Shay also helped me get everything into my car. As a mom with two little ones, I am so appreciative for the extra help and kindness. Thank you to Shay, and also Lowe’s for hiring good people who will smile and help- which is harder and harder to find these days. The plants are also great.”
