I had accidentally purchased 2 50lb bags of dog food online and my pup decided she didn't like it anymore. I had 1 bag still in the shipping box. When I returned it I was told their return policy is 30 days. Well this was 60 or more days out. They not only allowed me to return it for some dog treats they also gifted me a small bag of their brand (4health) of puppy food to try. Which my dog loves, so we will be back. They went above and beyond. Thank you again for your help and kindness in this matter. I highly recommend shopping at Tractor Supply.”

She discussed what was in inventory and the order system they used. She gave me real pros and cons to the differences in appliances, something that these new AI online review of products miss.
