“Chase was amazing to work with. He was easy to get along with, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about getting us into a deal that worked for us. If we had been working with a different salesperson, I’m honestly not sure we would have stayed and made a deal. Chase really listened to where we needed to be and worked hard to get us there. He offered us a great deal and made the entire process much easier than it could have been.
Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about his manager. I wish I had gotten his name because my experience with him was the complete opposite. He came in with a worse deal than what we had originally been offered and was not straightforward with us about the numbers. It felt like he was using the typical dealership pressure tactics to try to squeeze more money out of us after Chase had already worked out a deal we were comfortable with.
That said, Chase deserves a lot of credit. He was professional, personable, and actually worked to earn our business. If you go here, I highly recommend requesting Chase. Just be prepared for the experience to change if his manager gets involved.”
