I also don’t tend to trust companies like this.
However the whole experience was smooth and amazing.
Rachel at the front desk was extremely helpful. There were two times I needed to get access to my truck while they were working on it and she was always helpful.
James oversaw the process and kept me up to date with every update.
In the end the finished product was as new.

“After being told that my old Jeep was going to need a transmission replacement from another repair place, I took it in for a second opinion. Super grateful that the gears team did a detailed analysis of what was wrong with my Jeep and ended up fixing the driveline and a few other smaller projects which ended up being about 10% of the cost of the other shop’s bid. “My experience is always amazing at Porsche Lehi. Sean is very helpful and accessible. He knows cars because he loves ‘em. One wouldn’t expect to find a Raptor on a Porsche lot, but bruh - it was one of the coolest ones I’ve seen in awhile. Sean seems like a friend I’ve known longer than my two interactions. He organized everything so fairly with my trade-in and pricing before I arrived so basically all we had to do was the test drive. Then Gina efficiently took care of all of the paperwork. She’s amazing as well! Great team, no stress, just a fun car buying adventure. Thank you all so much.”
“Chase was amazing to work with. He was easy to get along with, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about getting us into a deal that worked for us. If we had been working with a different salesperson, I’m honestly not sure we would have stayed and made a deal. Chase really listened to where we needed to be and worked hard to get us there. He offered us a great deal and made the entire process much easier than it could have been.
Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about his manager. I wish I had gotten his name because my experience with him was the complete opposite. He came in with a worse deal than what we had originally been offered and was not straightforward with us about the numbers. It felt like he was using the typical dealership pressure tactics to try to squeeze more money out of us after Chase had already worked out a deal we were comfortable with.
That said, Chase deserves a lot of credit. He was professional, personable, and actually worked to earn our business. If you go here, I highly recommend requesting Chase. Just be prepared for the experience to change if his manager gets involved.”

Besides the pictures that were shown on the website, I never physically seen the vehicle, got to test drive it or even hear it start up and run! After having a few conversations with Tim, the owner, about the truck, I felt comfortable enough and trusted him on his word that the truck was in overall great condition for its age.
