“No one likes accidents especially when you are traveling out of state. I had a rush hour accident on I-15 and pushed the front bumper into the radiators and condenser and couldn't take the vehicle 500 miles back home for repairs. A friend of a friend recommended I try Dent Master to repair my truck. I called and they picked up my truck the same day. The next business day, they had an initial estimate and prepared to order parts. Travis was the primary contact for me and he was awesome. Despite some parts issues due to factors outside their control, he kept me informed of progress and everything was done in a very timely way. When I went to pick up the truck, Travis was obsessing about ensuring every detail was right. I was TOTALLY impressed with everything--quality, communication, customer service, friendly staff, timeliness. Zero complaints. I highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repair.”

Besides the pictures that were shown on the website, I never physically seen the vehicle, got to test drive it or even hear it start up and run! After having a few conversations with Tim, the owner, about the truck, I felt comfortable enough and trusted him on his word that the truck was in overall great condition for its age. I decided to purchase it over the phone. I arranged to have it delivered 1300 miles on a trailer from UT to MN. From the beginning, Tim was honest and straightforward about the truck.
