“If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I'm new to this area and lost my good connections to a trustworthy shop. A few months ago, I had a check engine light come on. It was throwing a code for my catalytic converter, so I parked my car for a few months to do the daunting tasked to save money for such a big repair job. I had to put a new battery in which I did myself. The check engine light went out, so I decided to drive it around to see if it will turn on. I turned off the freewa, and my brake caliper was stuck, so I limped it over to the nearest shop. They said they would look at it. One gentleman I didn't catch his name said I needed all new rotors and pads. He also did they could service the caliper so I wouldn't need to buy new ones . They checked my catalytic converter, and it turned out to be working fine! The gentleman told me he didn't want to just go spending customer money when they didn't need to. He was awesome, friendly, and knowledgeable . I'm glad I accidentally bumped into this shop because they will have my business from now on.”

“My Jeep acted up a couple weeks ago and the shop I took it to had it for two days and had multiple people look at it. They couldn’t figure it out or get the problem to duplicate. On my way from Montana to Arizona I stopped for the night with my grandma. We left for dinner and it started again right in front of the shop. Josh took 15 minutes with the Jeep and figured it out. He said he would do extra research and get back with me. He gave me his card and said to call anytime if I ran into problems. The next day we talked about the problem and sure enough, he did more research. I’m traveling for a death in the family, having car trouble is never fun, but finding someone like josh to help, is amazing!! Go see him!!”

She was super transparent in explaining the costs in my quote and did an excellent job in keeping me updated on my car.The mechanic working on my car sent me texts throughout the week updating me on the car, as well as verifying any minor changes to the quote. When I first turned in my car it was a little muddy, but when I picked it up they had washed the entire exterior and even shined my tires! “Today my sister , kids and I were traveling on the freeway and kept hearing something knocking under her van. We discovered the tire holder for the spare tire had dropped down. We had no tools in the van. We stopped at Sorensen Auto body and asked them if we could use a wrench. I feel bad for not asking his name but one of the gentleman in the office came out, seen the issue went back in, came out with the wrench and fixed the issue. So kind and thoughtful. He even gave me his wrench to take with just incase…. Kind thoughtful and willing to help without a second thought. So incredibly thankful for his kindness and willingness to help us out!!!
