“10/10 cannot recommend Woody's enough. We picked up my sister's mini cooper today and we are so happy with our experience! There were some supply issues with getting us a new hood, so the job was delayed a bit, but Jason was communicative and kept us updated every step of the way. Despite delays that were totally out of his control, Jason went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, and more importantly, that my sister had her car back in time for school. Even in a time crunch he made sure it was absolutely pristine just in time for her senior year. Ironically, I've been coming to Woody's for body work since I was in high school! I've never had a bad experience, which is exactly why I keep coming back, and now my sister will do the same. They do amazing work, have great customer service, and the business owner is just a good, honest guy who clearly takes pride in his work. “Chance at Safelite did an outstanding job on my windshield replacement. He was incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and went above and beyond what I expected.
My truck has an ARB snorkel installed, which made this a much more challenging job than a standard windshield replacement, but he handled it flawlessly. On top of that, he took the time to neatly tuck in the wiring for my off-road lights along the windshield, which wasn’t even something he had to do. That extra attention to detail made a huge difference and shows he truly cares about the quality of his work.
