“Dollar Tree is one of my very favorite stores. Nevertheless, this particular location is not as lively as others are. It seems to be short staffed, so even if they have the product, but the products still boxed and the shelves are empty, it's nothing you can do about it. Employees have good customer service, and it was pleasant to communicate with them.”

“I was surprised to see how many options the store had. It was far bigger than i originally expected. It seemed a little understaffed however the cashier, Eric, was fantastic. He was very friendly and eager to help me find something.”
“I went to Dollar Tree in AF on State st. today purchased quite a few things. Anyway left went to Walmart loading bags and i couldn't find my bag of plastic cups,crapnow i gotto go back to Dollar tree i must have missed a bag.so i went bac, talked to manager im so embarrassed because she said i had to have it she tied 3 bags together, and im glad she said that because it was easier to find. 2bags had slipped behind my dog bed in the car. The managers were so friendly and helpful”
“I don't usually expect a lot from a visit to Dollar Tree. But, we had heard that they had a really good deal on pots for house and garden plants. Sure enough they had pots available at a great price point and in different sizes.
In addition, the manager pulled us down to a newly-opened line that got us out faster. And the cashier and kind and efficient enough. A solid experience overall.
Update: I went in today and picked up a birthday card for, get this: 53 CENTS! Last week I paid almost $15 for two cards at CVS!”
“Baily and the other clerks here are so nice and helpful. She helped me find everything I needed and if they didn’t carry the item, she let me know that as well. She’s so polite and friendly every time I visit. Baily also helped me find a more affordable option for mouthwash they carry in store. Heavens knows that I need to wash my mouth out with all the cheeze I be talking on those who are deserving. I call it like I see it. I like Baily. Baily is good.”

“I had a great experience at this Dollar Tree! Lauren was incredibly kind and sweet. The store was very clean and well organized. I was especially impressed that all of the aisles were completely clear, with no boxes blocking customers from walking through. I've been to other Dollar Tree stores in Provo where some aisles were packed with boxes, so this location really stood out. You can tell the staff takes pride in keeping the store clean, organized, and easy to shop in. I'll definitely be coming back!”
