“This place is great. Competitive pricing and better service and customer appreciation than the big box stores. The owner of this location is fabulous the stuff is all very knowledgeable and always willing to help. Plus they have such a fun variety of animals to choose from. We have a bearded dragon and their blue hornworms are the best ones in town. Love this store. Stopped by again today and always greeted and asked if I need any help. I love that I don't have to go out seeki g for help like I do at other stores.”
“The pricing here is better than Cal Ranch right down the road. I bought two rabbit bottles and they were sturdy and well made. They were around 7.49. At Cal Ranch they were 12 or 14 dollars and less quality plastic. The rabbit feed was also less. IFA offers a membership that has some benefits also that may be of interest to someone choosing between the two. I like this store and the staff was friendly just like in Spanish fork. I recommend either location. There are a LOT of items to choose from and appear high quality. Cheers!”

“Darron Allred has an amazing collection of cichlids! I grabbed a small juvenile Turkana Jewel from him. It’s going to be awesome to see it grow up to the brightly colored breeder he had at the store!If you just want a history lesson I’d swing by his house! He only sells individual fish locally. he ships his fish fry all over the USA! He has a really awesome setup!”

“Now these are some amazing dog treats.
Thanks to these delicious little snacks, my wife and I have been able to train our cockapoo, Bear, several tricks. His favorite being a wave and a high five for a freeze-dried beef liver bite. Because the Pupford treats have such a low calorie amount and minimal ingredients, we felt much better about giving our little friend a reward more often :)
Super healthy, organic option for your puppy and we will certainly be repeat customers. 10/10 highly recommend.”

“We stumbled into this shop to explore & had a good time looking at all the animals - fish, birds, small reptiles & rodents. They have a large selection & the place felt friendly. It was a bit messy & smelly, but I guess that’s what you get with a pet store. We didn’t buy anything yet but might be back for some fish.”
“I found this place a few years back when I was doing my dogs own hair but currently didn't have time to do my ESA dog so I (nervously) left him there for a full groom. He was so pretty and smelled so good when he came back I was so happy when I got him. After a few years of doing my own dogs hair I got tired of it and remembered how good they did the first time. So I brought in two more and my goodness they looked so good! I just brought in another in yesterday and they were so nice and my dog seemed so much happier and calmer when I picked her up. They made her so cute! With both of the two Pomeranians I left with them they warned me about coat shock when I wanted them cut short, which I appreciated!Really skillful groomers who really know what they're doing! Kind front staff and quick scheduling! Thank you so much for taking care of my babies!”
“They had a special where you buy food and you get a dog/cat treat. They usually have everything that we need there. And I just found out that they have an auto delivery function which raised my star rating from normal to high, especially with that promo which made us really happy before we went on vacation.”
“My Yorkie hates getting groomed but, by the time they were through, he was giving them kisses. And when they saw he was too stressed out over he nails, they trimmed them but kindly didn't shave them and removed that charge from the bill. Thank You Orem Petco!”
