“This place was awesome! We took our dog in for a bath today and the man running the store was the most helpful person ever! He made sure we were taken care of before we started our dog’s bath, and the pet wash station was also very impressive. Shampoos, conditioners, a dryer and any brush/tool you need were ready and available. We will be back for sure! (Despite our dog’s dismay.?)”

“Animal Ark is perfect if you want to adopt a pet! The animals are well taken care of and quite friendly. There are so many different and diverse animals, and the employees will help you every step of the way. They need a raise for how kind and knowledgeable they are, they kinda make you feel stupid by how uneducated the population is on animals.I found two kittens, which were siblings, and played with them even though glass separated us :( they had fun and were play-fighting after that.After exploring a bit through the shop, I found a small sign that read, "Children left unattended will be sold as pets," I quickly realized why I heard high-pitched SCREAMS in the backrooms where the door said "Employees Only"... I am very concerned and advise that children should be accompanied by an adult so no one sells their souls. I also think that a certified law enforcement agent should interview the manager to put an end to this vile act. I might be traumatized...We came here to find a kindergarten classroom pet that would be easy to manage. We wanted it to be a bit small so it wouldn't take up too much room and not smelly. We decided on a bearded dragon and asked if it'd be a good fit. Apparently, the bearded dragons were babies and needed a 40-gallon tank. An experienced caretaker suggested a water animal. I saw some young axolotls and wanted to adopt one. The worker helped us find the right food, plants, and tank for it, as well as the cleaning supplies. We went on our way with a baby axolotl friend thanks to the wonderful people working at Animal Ark.Fave stars!”

“Darron Allred has an amazing collection of cichlids! I grabbed a small juvenile Turkana Jewel from him. It’s going to be awesome to see it grow up to the brightly colored breeder he had at the store!If you just want a history lesson I’d swing by his house! He only sells individual fish locally. he ships his fish fry all over the USA! He has a really awesome setup!”

“The crew here is always so friendly, and I do enjoy shopping here. I mostly come here for dog food even though I'm not a farmer their dog food has helped my dogs maintain a healthy lifestyle. Parking is always awesome and like I said the employees are super nice. The only reason why I'm not giving it five stars is because the pricing for almost everything else is a little expensive, but I get it why it is. It's a tough market out there and it's good quality stuff!”

“I found this place a few years back when I was doing my dogs own hair but currently didn't have time to do my ESA dog so I (nervously) left him there for a full groom. He was so pretty and smelled so good when he came back I was so happy when I got him. After a few years of doing my own dogs hair I got tired of it and remembered how good they did the first time. So I brought in two more and my goodness they looked so good! I just brought in another in yesterday and they were so nice and my dog seemed so much happier and calmer when I picked her up. They made her so cute! With both of the two Pomeranians I left with them they warned me about coat shock when I wanted them cut short, which I appreciated!Really skillful groomers who really know what they're doing! Kind front staff and quick scheduling! Thank you so much for taking care of my babies!”

“I took my dogs here for grooming a couple weeks ago. My first appointment was canceled because the groomer called out sick. My second appointment went well. I was charged extra (for higher weight class, and for matted hair, even though neither had matted hair) because I have two northern breed dogs with thick fur. They did a really good job, and I was happy with how they looked, but typically I don't get charged extra fees on top of the typical rate at other groomers.”

“I have been looking for an emotional support animal for a really long time, and told myself that when I found the right one I would know. When I went in looking for a dog, the sales ladies Braylee and Brighton were incredibly patient with me while I asked about the dogs, what breeds they had and what breeds they would be getting, and allowed me to meet a few of the puppies. I have never been a large dog person, but when they placed the English mastiff into my arms I knew I had found the right one. After my financing came back lower than what she was selling for, they were so willing to work with me so I could take her home, and held her in the store for a few days so I could get my emotional support animal paperwork sorted and my down payment put together. My mastiff, Ruby, has already been an incredible blessing in my life. I told them thank you a million times, but no one in the vineyard store, or the manager who approved everything for me will ever know how much they truly changed my life for the better. I will recommend this store a thousand times to anyone looking for a puppy. And thank you again to the incredible team from both me and sweet Ruby! ❤️”

“We stumbled into this shop to explore & had a good time looking at all the animals - fish, birds, small reptiles & rodents. They have a large selection & the place felt friendly. It was a bit messy & smelly, but I guess that’s what you get with a pet store. We didn’t buy anything yet but might be back for some fish.”

“I prefer petsmart for their prices and their options as well. They have more options in store and online than petco could ever. The animals cages are clean, and they always have food in their cages for the right animals as well. Saff is friendly and always love seeing my dog. I've gotten dog beds to treats, and clothes. The clothes fit a bit too snug for him, (size M) but that always depends on who has made the clothes. The toys are amazing, it takes him a bit to destroy them. And the treats are healthy for the most part.”
