“Great business! My son and I went down last night at 8:00 p.m. and test drove a car, which was nice. The salesman, David, was great and friendly and helpful. Everything you would hope for. He told us if we put down a $500 deposit that he would hold the car for us while we went to the bank in the morning. While at the bank this morning at 11:00 a.m., the bank let us know that the car was being sold at over $2,000 above high blue book. The bank said they would not lend that much money for the car. We immediately called Planet Auto Sales and talked to a different salesman. The salesman, Tyson, said he would not be able to come down to the high Blue Book value. (The price was actually low compared to KSL and other vehicles. So I don't think plan it auto was out of line, just in with the market). I let him know that that was okay and that we would just need to get our $500 deposit back. Tyson let me know that the deposits are non-refundable but he would have the manager call me back. JT listen to my story and was kind enough to give us the deposit back. These guys have been great to work with even though we were not able to close the deal on a car. I really appreciate how they were able to be professional yet kind about how this went down. I would definitely recommend going here.”
