“I purchased a one-of-a-kind, pristine Tacoma from Tyacke Motors and had a great experience from start to finish. Communication with Stayton was excellent throughout the entire process.
After the truck was delivered to Hawaii, I noticed that the front skid plate was missing. I contacted Stayton to see if it may have been accidentally removed while the truck was being detailed. If not, my next step was going to be contacting the companies responsible for transporting the truck to the port and shipping it from port to port.
Stayton explained that the skid plate was on the truck when it left his possession and that he wasn’t sure what happened to it afterward. Despite this, he stepped up and offered to pay for a replacement, even though the situation was outside of his control and ultimately not his responsibility.
That kind of integrity is rare, especially in the car business. Stayton chose to do the right thing simply because it was the right thing to do, and I’m extremely appreciative of businesses and owners like Tyacke Motors.
If you Google “an honest car dealer,” Tyacke Motors should be the first result. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that truly stands behind its customers.”

“An absolute joy to work with. No pressure, very friendly and up front with what he had done with the vehicle. He told me up front that he needed to replace a o2 sensor, he had one coming that day. We decided we wanted the vehicle and said we’d be back the next day to pick it up. When we arrived Bolivar told us he replaced the one sensor but it ended up being the other sensor, he bought a second one and installed that at no cost to us just because it needed doing. Very honest . I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I would definitely check with Bolivar to see what he has available when I’m in the market for another vehicle. My mother’s car is showing its age and I’m referring her to him. Thank you so much Bolivar.”
