The product is fantastic! The customer service was even better. You can only judge customer service when things go sideways. I created my own issues. Whitewater was amazing at addressing those items.

Very professional group. Easy to work with. I'm very pleased with the installation , look and performance of the product. They have done several bathrooms for me and I will use them again.

I had them build a customer shower base and I also ordered a new shower door from them. The whole experience spent fine. There was a small problem with the install but they offer additional material to fix it and no cost. All in all a great experience
