Instead of simply answering, yes, the team at Hooker had me send them pictures in an email to verify what the problem was and to verify the exact parts I needed. THEN they got them ready for me at the counter so when I walked in it was all ready to go. THEN they took the time to walk through the steps of how to repair it on my own so I’d have the confidence to do it. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had in my life!”
