“I purchased a Mortise Machine and it arrived with a broken part. (It happens) Zak wrote a personal note on the shipping label to email him if there were any problems. I emailed him a picture, thinking it would be a while before my problem would be heard. In fact, he responded within an hour and completely fixed the problem to my satisfaction with no debate. I've never had such prompt and courteous customer service! Definitely recommend them!”
